Artist Bio

Chris is an emerging artist who combines personal emotion with striking visual techniques. Raised in Northeast Texas by his grandparents, he developed a deep appreciation for nature and family that continues to influence his work.

His passion for art ignited at age six when he won a local drawing contest. Guided by his landscape painter father and artistically inclined mother, he honed his skills through art classes and private lessons.

Although he paused his artistic pursuits at 22, his father's passing in 2019 rekindled his passion for art. This emotional experience led him to focus on themes of struggle and resilience, inspired by his wife and daughters' experiences with challenging relationships.

Chris manipulates various images with software, then refines them with inks and acrylics on canvas to create his unique vision. His technique has evolved by incorporating lessons from past abstract pieces.

Despite his young career, his unique style has received positive feedback. His involvement with various Art Associations and budding interest from galleries suggest a promising future. Currently residing in the DFW area, his goal is to gain recognition and exhibit widely.
